SPECIAL RATES – 'ORI TAHITI MATAVAI 2020
Taxes to be added :
1) Accommodation = 15%
• 5% VAT (GST) + 5% Government Tax + 5% Service charge
• To be added to the room rate: 150 XPF city tax per person per night
2) Packaged Meals = 10%
• 5% VAT (GST) + 5% Service charge
3) Information:
• These preferential rates are reserved to participants of the Ori Tahiti Matavai 2020 competition wanting to
book a stay at the Tahiti Pearl Beach Resort & Spa between March 27th and April 5th, 2020.
• Rooms are subject to hotel availability at time of booking.
• Room rates indicated above are net rates, tax exclusive, and per room per night. No meals included.
• Resort fee is included in the room rate.
• If breakfast paid at the hotel directly, the regular rates will apply and the on-site tax for meals will be 18%.
• Check-in from 2pm and check-out by 11am.
RESERVATIONS
• Booking requests can be sent by email to groups@pearlresortsoftahiti.com with acknowledgment of receipt
or by phone at +689 40 50 76 27 during office hours (Monday to Friday 8am-12pm / 1pm-5pm).
• To benefit from these preferential rates, the code ORIMATAVAI 2020 must be specified at time of booking.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
To confirm your booking and preferential rates, total pre-payment must be made no later than 30 days prior arrival with
a deposit of one (1) night at time of reservation to confirm.
A credit card authorization form will be sent to you for payment by credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be sent by email to groups@pearlresortsoftahiti.com with acknowledgment of receipt.
• Any cancellation 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will not be charged.
• From 29 to 15 days prior to arrival : a one night penalty fee will be charged.
• From 15 days prior to arrival : 100% of the accommodation will be charged in penalty.
• In case of no-show on the day of arrival or modifications during the stay, 100% of the accommodation will be
charged in penalty.
